Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (Short)

• Order Cancellation: Allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. Not possible after shipping.
  
• Prepaid Orders: No refunds. Only exchange/replacement allowed (shipping charges applicable). If we can’t fulfill, store credit will be provided.
  
• COD Orders: Return request allowed within 24 hours of delivery (charges may apply).
  
• Returns & Replacements:
  
  Request within 24 hours (COD) or 3 days (exchange).
  
  Must provide order details, product images & mandatory unboxing video.
  
• Unboxing Video: Required for any claim (damage, wrong/missing item). No claims accepted without it.
  
• Damaged/Incorrect Product: Replacement processed after verification within 4–5 working days.
  
• Exchange:

  Pickup in 1–2 days, replacement shipped in 3–5 days after inspection
  
• Refund Policy:
