Belvin.in is operated by Belvin (India). Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Belvin. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of legal age and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or other malicious code to our platform or to other users. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the site or legal action.

3. Product Information

We aim to display product details (descriptions, pricing, images) as accurately as possible. However:

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any geographic area or to specific individuals.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received or verified (COD available in selected areas). We accept secure payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, fraud suspicion, or pricing errors.

5. Payment Safety & Fraud Awareness

Important Notice: Belvin.in does not approve or request any payments outside our official website.

Do not make payments to any individual person, WhatsApp number, or personal UPI ID claiming to represent Belvin.
All payments must be completed only through our official checkout on www.belvin.in.
We never ask for advance payments via calls, messages, or social media.
If someone requests payment outside our platform, treat it as a potential fraud attempt.
Belvin will not be responsible for any loss caused due to such unauthorized payments.

Stay alert. Avoid online frauds. Always verify before making any payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

We work with reliable courier partners but are not liable for delays once the order is handed over. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after return approval. Please check our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed steps and conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched. This practical window is typically within 24 hours of placing the order.

Contact us via help@belvin.in or customer support and provide your Order ID.
For prepaid orders, approved cancellations lead to a refund to the original payment method.
Once an order is shipped, full cancellation is not allowed. You may reject delivery or use the return/exchange policy later, as per eligibility.
COD orders rejected after dispatch may still incur shipping and COD charges as per policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, logos, and product images on Belvin.in are the intellectual property of Belvin and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written consent.

10. User Comments & Reviews

If you submit comments, reviews, or ideas, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and share that content on our platform or social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to remove any content that we find offensive, misleading, or unlawful.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any injury or damage caused by misuse of our products.
Service interruption or technical issues on our website or apps.
Third-party shipping delays or loss of your package once it is handed over to couriers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
