5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- We work with reliable courier partners but are not liable for delays once the order is handed over.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after return approval.
