Return Window

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The product is not as described on the website.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned without original packaging/accessories
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., earphones once opened)
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Not as Advertised: If you find that the product doesn't match the advertisement, please understand that we've tried our hardest to show it as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in this situation.

How to Request a Return

We ensure all our products are packed well, but if any problems arise, please record a video while unboxing to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  1. Email us at help@belvin.in or WhatsApp us at +91- 93118 62868 with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear product images & unboxing video
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
  3. Once we receive the item and it passes quality check, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after the return is received and approved.
  • You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet), or as store credit, based on your preference.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, model, or color issues, subject to availability.
  • The exchange process is similar to the return process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
