Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it moves into the packing stage, where it is checked for quality and carefully wrapped before dispatch.

After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, courier name, and estimated delivery window. You can also check your order status anytime in your account or via the tracking link.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other Locations (PAN India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your specific pin code, courier partner efficiency, and seasonal demand. Express or priority delivery options may be available for select locations at checkout, which can reduce transit time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum order value (if applicable). For orders below the threshold or for certain heavy/oversized items, a small shipping fee may be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have a nominal COD handling fee (₹79) depending on the order value and destination. This fee is clearly shown before final payment and is in line with our general Terms & Conditions.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post to ensure smooth and timely delivery across India. Each courier is selected based on reliability, coverage, and delivery speed.

The exact courier may vary depending on your location and order type. You can identify the partner from the tracking details in your shipping email or SMS. Our courier choices support our Delivery and Return policy by enabling safe pickup and reverse‑pickup when needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. This link allows you to view live updates from pickup to delivery, including current location and next‑day delivery estimates.

You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order ID and registered email address. If you don’t receive the tracking link, please check your spam folder or contact support. Tracking helps us manage delivery delays and return timelines transparently.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
  • High‑demand seasons, festivals, or special sale events.
  • Unforeseen logistics issues, customs checks, or remote / hard‑to‑reach area access.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, we will proactively work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer suitable alternatives within the scope of our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

Important Note

Kindly ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Double‑check your phone number and pin code, as incorrect details are one of the most common causes of delivery issues.

Once the order is shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. If you need any urgent changes, contact us as soon as possible; we will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee modification once the shipment is in transit. This rule is in line with our overall Change Policy in the main Terms & Conditions.
